Construction GC Leads

I’m putting together a fresh, accurate list of U.S.-based general contractors who are actively seeking subcontractors. My focus spans every region of the country, so location is open—East Coast, West Coast, Midwest, South, anywhere within the United States is valuable to me. The ideal contacts are decision-makers at GC firms that regularly hire for multiple trades, specifically: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, concrete, roofing, framing, painting, flooring, and drywall. I am not after homeowners or property managers; only bona fide general contractors looking to build out their subcontractor network. Deliverable • A spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) or CSV containing, at minimum, company name, contact name, role (owner, project manager, estimator, or similar), email, direct phone, city/state, and a brief note confirming they subcontract work in at least one of the trades listed above. Quality expectations • All data must be recent and verified—bounce-free emails and direct phone numbers only. • No duplicates; each record should represent a unique GC. • I will randomly sample the list for accuracy before releasing final approval. If you already have access to a reliable database or proven scraping and verification tools, mention that when you respond so I know how you’ll guarantee clean, up-to-date leads.
