I have a batch of scanned PDF invoices that need to be transcribed into a clean, well-structured Excel file. For each invoice, I only require four key fields captured exactly as they appear: invoice number, invoice date, supplier name, and total amount. No line items or tax breakdowns are needed—just those summary details. You will receive the PDFs in a shared folder. The spreadsheet template is ready with predefined columns, so you can start entering data right away. Consistent formatting (e.g., dates in DD/MM/YYYY, totals as numbers with two decimals) and 100 % accuracy are critical because the file feeds directly into our accounting workflow.
