Design 2D-Image LEGO Set

I have a single 2-dimensional reference image and I want it transformed into a fully realized building-block set that can be built with standard, LEGO-style plastic bricks. Please take the artwork, break it down into a logical parts list, and supply: • A digital 3D model laid out on a standard LEGO grid (LDraw, Studio 2.0, or compatible software are all fine). • An easy-to-follow step-by-step instruction booklet exported to PDF. • A complete bill of materials that specifies brick IDs, quantities, and colours so I can order the exact pieces. Keep structural integrity in mind so the finished model holds together without custom or glued parts. I’ll provide the reference image as soon as we start; feel free to suggest minor tweaks if they improve stability or cost efficiency.
