Distribute UAE SME AI Survey

I have finished designing a short online questionnaire that forms the core data collection for my Doctorate in Business Administration research on AI adoption among small and medium-sized enterprises in the UAE. What I need now is a partner who can put this survey in front of the right people and secure completed responses. Scope of outreach • Target companies: SMEs from any industry—essentially all sectors are in scope. • Geographic coverage: every emirate, not just the main hubs. • Respondent profile: the survey must be filled out by business owners or founders, as their strategic view is central to my study. What I am looking for Tell me how you will (a) identify or access suitable contact lists, (b) distribute the survey link, (c) follow up to maximise completion, and (d) verify that the respondent fits the owner/founder profile. Please include any tools or channels you prefer—email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, telephone follow-ups, partnerships with chambers of commerce, etc.—and indicate the response volume and timeline you believe are realistic. Deliverables • A spreadsheet (or CRM export) of contacted businesses with basic metadata (sector, emirate, contact name/role, outreach status). • Completed surveys that meet the respondent criteria (minimum of 300 responses), with duplicates and partials removed. • A brief summary report outlining outreach performance and lessons learned for potential second-round distribution. Data privacy is critical: all outreach must comply with UAE regulations and standard research ethics, and contact details must remain confidential. I will supply the final survey link and introductory text as soon as we start.
