Respond to comments and messages and engage with the audience. Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar. Monitor account performance and provide regular growth reports. Suggest creative ideas to improve social media presence.

Requirements

Proven experience in Facebook and Instagram management. Good knowledge of social media marketing and organic growth strategies. Skills in Canva or other graphic design tools. Ability to create engaging content, captions, reels, and stories. Understanding of social media analytics and insights. Strong communication and creative skills.
