Marketing Elements • Core Information: Seamlessly integrate the 5 Ws: Who, What, When, Where, and Why. • Call to Action (CTA): Feature a highly visible, single next step (e.g., a QR code, website address, or "Register Now" button). 3. Required Deliverables • 2x Large-Format Poster: 24” x 36”, print-ready format. • 1x Promotional Flyer: 8.5" x 11, dual-sided layout. • Source Files: Fully layered Adobe Photoshop (.PSD), Illustrator (.AI), and PDF. • Exported Asset Formats: High-resolution print PDFs (300 DPI, CMYK color space) and digital optimization exports (72 DPI, RGB color space) for web/social sharing.
