Android WebView App for PrestaShop Website + Google Play Testing & Production Deployment

I need an experienced Android app developer to convert my existing PrestaShop 8.2 e-commerce website (bigganproject.bd) into a functional, production-ready Android mobile app and publish it to the Google Play Store. Key Requirements: 1. Android App Development (WebView Based): - Responsive WebView implementation wrapping the bigganproject.bd website. - Smooth navigation, pull-to-refresh, hardware back-button handling, and loading progress indicators. - Proper permission handling (storage, camera, notifications). - Native deep-linking support so website URLs open directly in the app. 2. Push Notifications Integration: - Integration with Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). - Automated transactional push notifications for: * Order Confirmation * Order Shipped / Tracking Updates * Order Cancelled * Promotional Announcements / Offers - PrestaShop module or webhook/API integration to trigger FCM notifications automatically when order status changes. 3. Google Play Store Policy Compliance & Production Release: - Strict compliance with Google Play Store policies (privacy policy integration, app content guidelines, latest target API level requirements). - Closed Testing Execution: Handling the mandatory 14-day / 20-tester closed testing process on my Google Play Console account. - Final submission and production release approval on the Play Store. Deliverables: - Clean, documented Android source code (Android Studio / Kotlin / Flutter). - Signed APK and Android App Bundle (.aab). - PrestaShop FCM integration configured and tested for live order updates. - Successful publication of the app to Production on Google Play Console.
