I need a complete, permit-ready drawing package for a project within the City of Atlanta, GA. Every sheet must meet all current local building, zoning, fire-safety, energy and accessibility codes so the set can go straight to the permitting counter without extra revisions. You will receive the survey and any project-specific architectural elements from me; your task is to integrate those items and develop the full construction document set with standard-detail Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing plans. The crawlspace needs a lot of work. Piers, pressure treated posts and possibly sized floor beams.
