Residential Development Licensed Surveyor Needed in Michigan

Project Scope – Boundary & Topographic Survey We are seeking a licensed surveyor to complete a boundary and topographic survey for a proposed residential development in Roseville, Michigan. Scope should include property boundaries, easements, topographic elevations/contours, adjacent grades and development features, roadway/curb elevations, and all visible existing utilities. Survey should also locate storm, sanitary, water, gas, electric and communication utilities, including manholes, catch basins, hydrants and valves. For the storm system, please obtain available rim elevations, pipe sizes, directions and invert elevations, including the City storm connection point and downstream information where accessible. A fire hydrant on the opposite side of the property may be used as an elevation reference if it can be tied to the applicable City/NAVD88 datum. Please establish a reliable benchmark. We also need any available City storm sewer information relevant to HGL, record drawings/as-builts and existing utility elevations. Final deliverables should include signed/sealed PDF, AutoCAD DWG, and survey point data/CSV suitable for final grading, drainage, utility design and City site-plan approval.
