Pre-Launch SaaS Marketplace Testing

I’m getting Pipegen, a marketplace that pairs independent sales reps with early-stage software companies, ready for public release and I need a fresh set of eyes on the entire user flow. You’ll work from a written guide that breaks the product into 13 sections and 48 specific steps—everything from creating an account and building a profile to posting, applying, and checking the resulting email notifications. You’ll run the guide twice, once on desktop and once on mobile, splitting your time roughly 50/50. While you move through the steps, test in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, noting anything that feels confusing, broken, inaccurate, or slow. A deep QA background isn’t required; even limited past testing experience is fine as long as you’re detail-oriented and comfortable calling out problems instead of working around them. Deliverables (all due within seven days of kickoff, total effort about ten hours): • A completed step-by-step execution log indicating what happened on each action • A separate issue list with clear reproduction steps and at least one screenshot per problem • A short closing summary highlighting any patterns you noticed or areas that deserve extra attention If this matches the way you like to work, let’s set a start date and get you access to the staging environment right away.
