Personalizado Minecraft Survival Server

I need an experienced Minecraft server developer to build a complete custom Survival server, inspired by servers like Guarópolis but more complete, polished and professionally structured. The main goal is to preserve the normal Minecraft Survival experience (Vanilla+) while adding useful multiplayer features and progression systems. I do NOT want a heavily modified RPG server. Players should still feel like they are playing normal Minecraft: mining, building, exploring, farming, fighting mobs, trading and surviving. Paid ranks/items should mainly provide: - Cosmetics - Prefixes - Particles - Pets - Titles - Emotes - Extra homes - Convenience features Any gameplay advantages must be very limited and carefully balanced. I want the server to feel fair for free players. Custom development I am NOT looking for someone who will simply install 30 random plugins and call the project finished.
