Webpage for construction company located in Norway needs to be improved and done better.

Hi! :) I need some help with my website which has been made by a company im not satisfied with. Are you able to talk? I want to do som changes and improvement. and will be needing work done in the future, recurring as well. Page is: https://flippe.wordifysites.com/ I also want assessment and tip for work that should be done or improved. both frontend and backend to make all easier. for both us when it comes to adding new content and customer for user experience. Need to increase leads from web, turned to sales. I want to make stuff like this: https://yob.no/tilbud/varmtvannsbereder and advertise via meta. pages to get more leads etc for some products. windows, doors and so on I want header to be improved. Stuff like this: https://spoton.no/nettbutikk/alle So. I want an assessment, then suggestions for what to do and more + how, and then actually do it. All paid of course. and I need to know how long time it'll need to be done. If you want to quote a complete new website , you can also do that? I dont know. that seems a bit much though. In backend, I want custom fields done more properly and editing post and adding new to be more smooth. I want suggestions and a plan before saying yes to anything :) I also want meetings via teams scheduled via webpage. Is there a proper / good solution for this? Connected to my calender. I also want to look at a ai chatbot solution. See attached. I would maybe like something similar to this. But, I'm open for whatever. Also complete new design. Don't contact me without reading what I'm looking for. Come with a plan. Current website is made in Wordpress. Can continue with that.
