CRM Data Entry Assistant

My team runs all client activity through GoHighLevel and I need consistent help entering new leads and updating existing records so every automation fires on time. The work is 100% data entry inside the CRM: adding contacts, filling custom fields, tagging, and sliding opportunities along the pipeline. You’ll receive clear SOPs, a Loom walkthrough, and a Google Sheet template for each import batch. Once trained, you can work independently and send a brief Slack summary at the end of each shift. Deliverables • All assigned records accurately entered or updated in GoHighLevel • Duplicates merged or clearly flagged • Same-day completion report outlining volume handled and any issues Expect 5–10 hours a week to start, with room to grow into broader admin support as trust builds.
