Advanced Salesforce Admin & Dev Training

This engagement centers on an in-depth training program for a small cohort of advanced Salesforce professionals who already master the platform’s fundamentals. The goal is to sharpen their Admin and Development skill set—covering complex configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, integration patterns, and release management—through practical, scenario-driven sessions. Live, instructor-led delivery over video conference suits us best, ideally broken into modules that allow hands-on labs inside a sandbox. I will provide trainee org access; you bring the real-world code samples, slide deck, and downloadable reference sheets. We plan to record each session for later review, so please be comfortable presenting onscreen while writing Apex in VS Code with Salesforce DX, deploying changes via Git, and demonstrating best-practice security settings directly in Setup. Deliverables • Detailed syllabus and schedule approved before kickoff • 8–12 hours of interactive instruction (can be split across days) • Practical exercises with step-by-step solutions and sample metadata • Session recordings and slide deck in PDF format • Post-training competency quiz with answer key Acceptance criteria 1.
