That includes: • Documenting personal losses—cataloguing damaged possessions, relocation costs, lost income, and other out-of-pocket expenses. • Calculating financial damages—using spreadsheets or bookkeeping software (Excel, QuickBooks, or similar) to arrive at accurate totals that can withstand scrutiny. • Compiling medical records—organising test results, doctors’ notes, and treatment invoices in a logical, date-indexed binder (digital and PDF). • Building evidence lists—linking each photo, video, or email to its corresponding event date and impact. • Creating an integrated timeline—one line for the mold exposure, one for the landlord dispute, showing all key milestones side by side. • Drafting court documents—forms, affidavits, and any required pleadings for the landlord case, formatted to Superior Court standards. Acceptance criteria 1. A master spreadsheet that reconciles every monetary loss to primary source documents. 2. A chronological timeline (Word or PDF) cross-referenced to the evidence list. 3. A fully indexed digital binder of medical and supporting records. 4. Draft court package ready for my final signature and filing.
