Bilingual Business Card Edit

Edit an English and Arabic Business Card Please read the full description before submitting a bid. I am looking for an experienced graphic designer to finish and professionally refine a premium, double-sided business card. The front is English and the back is Arabic, with a finished size of 85 × 55 mm. I already have a developed design direction, an approved English visual reference and an Arabic working draft. The work is to refine the existing design, resolve the remaining typography and alignment details, and turn it into properly constructed, editable and print-ready artwork. The card uses a dark textured appearance, ivory lettering, gold details, a fine gold border and a double-L seal at the bottom right on both faces. I want to preserve its identity and overall character while improving the details with a designer’s judgment. What I need help with: - Confirming suitable fonts and refining text size, weight, spacing and hierarchy. - Balancing the Arabic trademark, name, title and descriptors against the English version visually and mathematically, while preserving natural letter shapes. - Refining margins, breathing room, icon/text alignment and the relationship between elements. - Professionally handling Arabic text shaping and any kashida/tatweel elongation where appropriate. - Preparing practical artwork for the chosen printer and advising on appropriate gold foil, emboss/deboss, UV or other finish treatments. Arabic language ability is optional. I will provide the exact Arabic wording and collaborate with you on its layout; experience with Arabic typography is an advantage. When explaining your approach to the bilingual typography, include the phrase “quiet balance” naturally in your response and briefly explain how you would centre the dot between two footer phrases with different widths. I am interested in your reasoning, as well as the finished appearance. I will provide a neatly organised ZIP containing English and Arabic folders, full-resolution reference images, editable SVG working layouts, separate vector assets, exact text, measurements and alignment comparisons. Some English fonts are provisional, and the Arabic folder includes a precise outlined lettering reference alongside the live-text starter. Part of your role is to review and finalise these carefully. You should be confident using Adobe Illustrator or equivalent professional vector software, working with editable text and organised layers, and preparing files for professional printing. Experience with luxury stationery and bilingual corporate identity would be valuable. The physical printing itself is outside this project. Audio calls and live screen sharing are required for design reviews. I want to discuss the work with you, see your design application on screen and review adjustments together. Please confirm in your proposal that you are available for both audio calls and screen sharing. Expected deliverables: - Completed English and Arabic designs, presented together for review. - Fully editable source files, preferably Illustrator AI, with ordinary text remaining editable and elements clearly separated. - A separate outlined production copy and a font list. - Print-ready PDFs with bleed and colour setup agreed with the printer. - Clearly named foil, UV and emboss/deboss artwork layers or separations for whichever treatments are selected. I would like a collaborative designer who can explain their recommendations and work through refinements with me.
