University-level Educational Video Production

### Project Title: Educational Video Producer and English Voice-Over Artist Required I am looking for an experienced freelancer to produce professional university-level educational videos for online learning programmes. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English and experience in voice-over, PowerPoint-to-video conversion, and e-learning content production. ### Project Scope - Approximately 88–100 educational videos across 11–12 university courses. - Each video will be approximately 10–15 minutes long. - PowerPoint slides and academic notes/content will be provided. - The content must be converted into clear, engaging, and professionally presented lecture videos suitable for university students. ### Required Deliverables - Clear, natural, professional English narration, preferably human voice-over. High-quality AI narration may also be proposed as a cost-effective alternative. - Well-structured, visually appealing academic slides. - Relevant diagrams, illustrations, charts, and simple animations where appropriate. - Smooth synchronisation between narration and slides. - Professional transitions and basic video editing. - Accurate English captions/subtitles. - HD MP4 videos ready for upload to a university Learning Management System (LMS). The expected quality should be comparable to well-produced Coursera-style educational lectures, with a focus on academic accuracy, clarity, engaging presentation, and easy-to-follow explanations rather than excessive visual effects. ### Timeline The first 8–10 videos must be completed within five days. The remaining videos can be delivered in batches according to an agreed schedule. ### Budget This is a bulk project with a limited **total budget of $300-350 for all 40-45 videos**. Please consider the full project scope before submitting your quotation. I am open to cost-effective production methods, including reusable slide templates and AI-assisted production, provided the final output is professional and suitable for university-level teaching. ### To Apply, Please Share 1. Samples of educational videos or e-learning projects you have completed. 2. A sample of your English voice-over, if applicable. 3. Your experience converting PowerPoint presentations into educational videos. 4. Whether you offer human narration, AI narration, or both. 5. Your total quotation for the complete project. 6. Your proposed delivery schedule and production workflow. 7. Confirmation that you can deliver the first 8–10 videos within five days. Please quote for the entire project and clearly mention what is included in your price. I am looking for a reliable freelancer who can deliver good-quality educational content within the available budget and potentially work with us on future projects.
