Teach Financial Accounting Online

I am organizing a series of live, interactive classes for Grade 11 and 12 students who are just starting their journey into Financial Accounting. The course should walk them step-by-step through the basic principles and concepts, guide them in preparing and interpreting the main financial statements, and make sure they can confidently complete every stage of the accounting cycle by the end of the term. Classes will be delivered in real time via an online platform such as Zoom or Google Meet, with plenty of screen-share demonstrations, worked examples and space for questions. I’ll handle scheduling and student enrollment; you will design and run the sessions, provide concise slide decks or digital whiteboard notes after each lesson, and supply practice exercises that match the senior-secondary curriculum. Deliverables • 10–12 live classes (60-90 min each) covering: Principles & Concepts, Financial Statements, Accounting Cycle • Post-class notes and slide decks in PDF format • Weekly problem sets with fully worked solutions • A short diagnostic quiz at the start and a summative test at the end to track student progress Acceptance criteria • Content aligns with standard Grade 11–12 syllabi and uses clear, age-appropriate language • Examples are India-focused (INR, GST, etc.) yet still illustrate universal accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) • Students should be able to prepare a simple set of financial statements unassisted after the final class If you have a knack for making numbers come alive and a reliable online teaching setup, I’d love to collaborate.
