Mixed Data Entry From Scans

I have a folder full of scanned documents that must be transferred into our custom web-based data-entry system. Each image combines text fields and numeric values—think names, addresses, dates, reference numbers and totals—so you’ll be switching between letters and figures on almost every line. You can work on any modern laptop, desktop or smartphone; the only tool you need is a stable browser to reach the application. I’ll supply log-in credentials, field-by-field instructions and a short screen-share demo before you start. The task is straightforward but the accuracy standard is high. I run periodic spot checks: every field from the scan must appear exactly in the matching field on screen, with no truncations or typos. Once you complete a batch, simply mark it “done” inside the app so I can review and release the next batch. Deliverables: • All assigned scans fully transcribed in the custom software • Zero missing fields and ≤1% allowable typo rate per batch • Work completed within the agreed timeline (we’ll set this together before kickoff) If you’re detail-oriented and comfortable keying mixed data directly from images, this will be an easy, repeatable assignment.
