Commercial Property Fly-Through Video

I’m preparing a marketing launch for a commercial property and need a polished interior fly-through video that lets prospects experience the entire building in one seamless journey. The brief is simple: start at the lobby, glide through common areas, navigate the office floors and meeting rooms, sweep past amenities, and finish with an exterior pull-back—every space should feel alive thanks to realistic virtual furniture and décor that matches a contemporary corporate tone. We have filmed all of this professionally so the footage does need to be properly colour graded and edited. Here’s what I’m expecting: First video - delivered within 24 hours. • A fully rendered, cinematic fly-through of the whole building (60 seconds, 4K preferred, 16:9). Second video, delivered 72 hours after first video is approved. • Consistent virtual staging—desks, seating clusters, breakout areas, even cafeteria tables—placed to illustrate optimal floor usage and traffic flow. • Three rounds of revisions on camera path, furniture selection, or text overlays. • Final delivery: high-resolution master video (MP4) for one without furniture and one with virtual furniture.
