I plan to launch a responsive web platform where visitors can easily search curated travel packages, complete secure bookings on-site, and share their experiences through public ratings and written reviews. A built-in referral program should track every invite a registered user sends and automatically apply a discount to the referrer’s next purchase once the friend completes a booking. Key workflow • Guests browse or filter packages by destination, price, and date, then view rich itineraries with photos, inclusions, exclusions, and real-time availability. • At checkout the system processes payments (card, PayPal, or a modular gateway you recommend) and generates e-tickets/invoices. • Logged-in users manage profiles, booking history, saved wish-lists, and a unique referral link or code. • Reviews post only from verified travelers, with a 1–5 star scale and optional comments. • Automated customer support answers common questions through a chatbot or searchable knowledge base and escalates to live email/ticket support when needed. Referral logic 1. Every registered user sees a personal referral link inside their dashboard. 2. When a new customer books through that link, the referrer’s wallet instantly records a preset discount percentage. 3. The discount is automatically suggested at the referrer’s next checkout and can accumulate if multiple friends book. Acceptance criteria – Search returns results in <2 s for common queries. – Payment flow and referral credit pass end-to-end tests in a staging environment. – Reviews cannot be edited after 24 h and only one review per completed booking is allowed. – Admin panel exports booking, referral, and review data to CSV.
