Windows Income & Expense Manager

I need a straightforward desktop application for Windows that lets me record, review, and share income and expense data with my small team. The program must feel native to Windows, install with a simple setup file, and keep everything local (no browser dependencies). Core requirements I want to see built in: • Data import/export – at minimum CSV; Excel or PDF support is a plus. • Report generation – clear summaries filtered by date range, category, and user. • Multi-user support – individual log-ins with their own permission levels and an admin account to manage them. I’m flexible on the tech stack as long as it runs smoothly on current Windows versions; C#/WPF, Electron, JavaFX—whatever you’re most productive with works for me. Please include the compiled executable, full source code, and a brief read-me so I can rebuild or extend the app later.
