Google Sheets Budget Data Entry

I need help moving a set of project-level budget figures into a clean, well-structured Google Sheets file. I will share PDFs and scanned invoices that outline each project’s line items—labor, materials, travel, and overhead. Your job is to transcribe those numbers accurately, label each column clearly, and apply basic formulas so totals and variances calculate automatically. Because I manage everything in Google Sheets, you must be comfortable working there: importing data, using SUM, IF, and simple percentage calculations, and creating filters so I can quickly drill down by project or cost category. Consistent formatting is important; currency should display in USD with two decimals, and dates should follow the YYYY-MM-DD format. Before we wrap up I’ll review the file for accuracy. Rows that don’t match the source figures, missing labels, or broken formulas will need correction. When everything reconciles, please share the final sheet back to me with editing rights removed and a view-only link enabled for my stakeholders.
