Entry-Level Recruiter Sourcing

I need support filling a permanent, entry-level role within our own recruiting function. You’ll take the lead on the full sourcing funnel—drafting compelling job posts, actively searching talent on LinkedIn Recruiter and other CV databases, screening résumés, and lining up the most promising candidates for my final interview round. Because this is a permanent position, cultural fit and long-term growth potential matter just as much as baseline skills. I’m looking for someone who already knows their way around typical ATS platforms, can conduct behavioral phone screens, and is comfortable managing candidate pipelines with clear, timely updates. What I’ll consider a successful hand-off: • A shortlist of 5–7 qualified, interview-ready candidates who match the entry-level profile • Summary notes for each applicant covering motivation, salary expectations, and availability • All communication and résumés stored in our existing ATS so I can move straight to second-stage interviews If you can start immediately and have proven experience sourcing junior recruiters—or similar HR profiles—please let me know how quickly you can deliver that shortlist and what tools you prefer to use.
