Animated Dog Chase Comedy -- 2

I need a short, laugh-out-loud cartoon that shows a mischievous dog darting through a busy city street while two bewildered police officers give frantic chase. The whole sequence should keep the light, bouncy feel of classic slapstick animation—bright colours, elastic motion, and exaggerated facial reactions. Key story beats are fixed: • We open on the crowded roadway, horns blaring and pedestrians jumping aside as the dog weaves through traffic. • The officers scramble after it, slipping, tripping and generally failing to keep up. • The climax comes when the dog screeches to a halt in front of an irresistible snack stand, drools, and calmly starts eating while the officers tumble into a heap beside it for the silly “capture.” I’m aiming for a final runtime of roughly 30–45 seconds, delivered in 1080p MP4 along with the working project file (Adobe Animate, Toon Boom or similar). Please include basic sound design—cartoonish footsteps, police whistles, crowd ambience and a cheerful music bed that is royalty-free. Send me a quick outline of your approach, a rough storyboard or animatic to confirm timing, and then the polished animation with all effects in place. Let’s make something that viewers can’t help but replay and share.
