The job is straightforward: take the source material I’ll provide and key every field in exactly as it appears, checking that spelling, punctuation, and numbers are all correct and consistently formatted. I’ll supply clear column headings and a short set of validation rules so you always know where each piece of information belongs. Once the last record is entered, run a quick pass to flag any blanks or obvious mismatches and include that brief QC note with the final hand-off. You may work in Excel, CSV, or import-ready tables for a database; choose whichever environment you’re most efficient with and let me know up front so I can align my export. Accuracy is the top priority, but I also appreciate an organized layout that I can filter and sort without additional cleanup. Deliverable: • Completed file containing all mixed data, fully validated and ready for immediate use, plus your short quality-check summary.
