I'm seeking an experienced social media specialist based in central belt Scotland to develop a comprehensive content strategy, create engaging images and videos, and schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The primary goal is to increase brand awareness for a chain of retail stores with established online presence. Key Requirements: - Develop content ideas and strategy for platforms - Create high-quality, engaging images and videos - Support with engagement or personality injected into content. - Schedule and manage posts for optimal engagement - Monitor and report on performance metrics - Adjust strategy based on performance data Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven track record in social media management - Expertise in content creation (images and videos) - Comfortable on camera or able to work confidently with others to support. - Strong understanding of analytics and performance metrics - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Knowledge of current trends on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok - Must be able to travel to sites in and around Glasgow / central belt Scotland
