Prerequisites: Citizen - Indian Only Document - Valid National ID Age - 18+ The project covers the day-to-day sales cycle for my independent insurance practice. Using our cloud-based CRM and the insurance management platform already in place, you will drive new business into the pipeline, keep prospects engaged, and make sure existing clients renew on time. Scope of work • Lead generation – source qualified prospects, enter them in the CRM, and tag appropriately. • Customer follow-up – schedule and complete calls or emails through the CRM so every lead receives timely, personalised touch-points. • Policy renewals – monitor upcoming expirations in the insurance management software, contact clients ahead of deadlines, and process the paperwork. Tools & workflow All outreach, notes, and status updates must live inside the CRM; policies, quotes, and renewal data stay in the insurance management system. Both platforms are web-based and come with full access and onboarding guides.
