We need an experienced ISO consultant to prepare us for certification — essentially handling the documentation and system build on our behalf so we're fully audit-ready. **Scope of work:** - Gap analysis against ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements - Development of our Quality, Environmental & OHS management system documentation: manuals, policies, procedures, registers and forms, tailored to how our business actually operates (not generic templates) - Support with internal audit / readiness review before the external certification audit - Guidance on implementation across our office and field crews **Important notes:** - We already have a certification body lined up for our external Stage 1/Stage 2 audits.
