Oracle HCM Technical Interviewer

I need a seasoned Oracle Cloud HCM professional to run candidate interviews on Zoom or Microsoft Teams and provide a clear, written assessment of whether each applicant truly matches the technical job description I will supply. Along with Must have Fast formula experience, must have In-depth knowledge in at least two of HCM Cloud Modules: Core HR Absences Benefits Payroll Workforce Compensation OTL Taleo OLC Oracle recruit. Cloud -certification will be an advantage What I expect from you • Conduct a 45- to 60-minute live interview per candidate, covering technical depth, problem-solving approach and real-world project exposure. • Test for 5–14 years of hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM experience, especially around Fast Formula in at least two cloud modules (for example Core HR, Absences, Benefits, Payroll, Workforce Comp, OTL, Taleo, OLC or Oracle Recruit). • Evaluate communication skills, client-facing readiness and overall professionalism. • Deliver a concise report after each session summarizing strengths, gaps and a simple hire/no-hire recommendation. Added advantages that will help you shine • Current Oracle Cloud certification. • Prior direct client-interaction on implementation or support projects.
