Windows Order Status App

I need a straightforward Windows desktop application that lets me log and update the status of every customer order I handle each day. Speed and simplicity are critical—I want to open the program, type or paste an order number, pick a status from a drop-down, hit save, and move on to the next one. A quick search field to call up an existing order and a basic export to CSV (or Excel) would also be helpful so I can share daily reports with the team. Data can live in a local SQLite file, an embedded database, or any lightweight alternative you recommend, as long as the installation stays self-contained with no separate server to maintain. The app must run smoothly on current Windows 10 and 11 machines. When you respond, please show examples of past desktop work—screenshots, short videos, or live executables—so I can see how you design interfaces and handle data persistence.
