Dynamic RPR AVM Widget Integration

I already have RPR’s Broker AVM script and token working when I hard-code a property address, but I need a small JavaScript tweak so site visitors can type any address and instantly see the valuation. Deliverable • A tested snippet (HTML/CSS/JS) that I can drop into Sierra Interactive, with clear install notes. The code should: – Accept the user’s address input inline with the current widget. – Pass that value dynamically to RPR. – Launch the modal and render the AVM response reliably on all modern browsers and mobile devices. – Fail gracefully if RPR is unreachable.
