UK Nominee Director

About the Role

We are looking for a UK Nominee Director to support ongoing corporate compliance. This is a part-time, non-operational position with minimal involvement. The initial setup may require 1–2 hours in the first month, followed by occasional light tasks in future months—often just a few minutes, and sometimes no work at all. Once the bank account is established, the role largely becomes a passive, long-term appointment. Key Responsibilities: Remotely assist with signing documents related to bank account openings.

Compensation

£100 - £125 per month for nominee director services.
