Influencer Outreach for a Dating Game - Small Paid Pilot ($100-250)

We are building Spark Invite, a playful dating game: someone creates a shareable invitation with their dating conditions, and others respond with their own. Creators can share their invite with followers and turn the responses into follow-up content. We are looking for an influencer outreach / creator partnerships specialist to help recruit suitable Instagram and TikTok creators and turn collaborations into actual published content. A contact list alone is not the final goal. We will start with a small paid pilot. The budget for YOUR work is USD 100-250. Creator fees and any other expenses must be quoted separately and require our prior approval. No spending or outreach is authorized before hiring. Successful work may lead to ongoing collaboration. Please propose your pilot in the following format. Keep it concise (around 200 words, bullet points are welcome): 1. DELIVERABLE: What exactly will you deliver? Give the number of creators researched/contacted and any confirmed collaborations or published posts included. Separate firm commitments from targets that depend on creators agreeing. 2. CREATOR FIT: Link two creators you would approach first and explain why their content and audience fit. State your proposed target market/language; we will agree these before the pilot starts. 3. APPROACH: Show one short opening message and explain what makes participation attractive to the creator. 4. PRICE: Your fixed pilot fee, separate creator payments/other costs, and total expected budget. Explain what is included. 5. What do you need from us before starting? No unpaid custom campaign work is required: two illustrative creator examples and a brief approach are enough. We will provide a product walkthrough and campaign materials before outreach starts. We are comparing proposals first; please do not contact creators on our behalf before being hired. We value relevant experience and a realistic plan more than generic promises of reach or follower growth.
