CAD Drawing Dimension Revisions + Minor design changes

I have a multi-page CAD drawing file that currently sits in PDF format. The design is off a metal stillage. I need someone competent to access the file and update the values I provide. I also need 2-3 small design changes to the stillage, and I need someone competent with CAD/PDF to update them. Once the adjustments are in place, export a clean, print-ready PDF and return the editable DWG as well. A quick turnaround is ideal; accuracy is essential.
