Your Responsibilities: • Brainstorm and produce 3–5 high-retention vertical videos weekly targeting tech job seekers and developers. • Craft scroll-stopping hooks and test different content angles (interview anxiety, coding tests, live demos). • Manage social channels and optimize videos for organic reach and conversion. Ideal Candidate: • Strong understanding of short-form video algorithms and audience psychology. • Track record of generating views and driving organic traffic. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a preference for performance-based earnings over standard one-off fees.
