QuickBooks Accountant / Bookkeeper – Bank Reconciliations & Accounting Balances

We are looking for an experienced accountant or bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks Online skills to manage ongoing reconciliations and keep our accounts balanced and accurate. Perform full bank reconciliations for all accounts. Review and clear outstanding transactions, unmatched items, and differences. Ensure bank balances in QuickBooks match actual bank statements Check and correct account balances, profit & loss, expenses, and sales figures where needed Investigate and resolve discrepancies Maintain clean, up-to-date books and prepare for month-end / year-end close. Advise on QuickBooks setup or process improvements, if needed.

Requirements

Proven experience with QuickBooks Online (must be comfortable with bank feeds, reconciliations, and reports) Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers Ability to work independently and communicate clearly Previous experience with multi-bank accounts and high-volume transactions is a plus Nice to have Experience with hospitality Familiarity with Nigerian banking (Naira accounts) To apply, please include: Summary of your QuickBooks experience (especially reconciliations)
