Solar Appointment Setter Needed

I sell residential solar systems and want a steady stream of confirmed appointments with qualified homeowners. Your role is to reach out, explain our offer clearly, answer basic questions, and lock in a date and time on my calendar. Target audience All calls, emails, and text messages will be directed exclusively at homeowners who have already shown some level of interest in solar. No business owners or government contacts are in the mix, so you can focus your pitch on household savings, net-metering benefits, and financing options. Communication & scheduling You are free to use phone calls, emails, and text messages in whatever mix gets the best results. I can take appointments morning, afternoon, or evening, so you have complete flexibility in finding a slot that works for the homeowner. Tools & workflow • I supply the lead list and a shared online calendar. • You may work inside my existing CRM (GoHighLevel) or keep your own tracker—just be sure every booked slot appears on the calendar in real time. • All conversations must be noted so I can review context before each call. Deliverables • A minimum of 15 confirmed homeowner appointments during our first full week together. • Each appointment must include the prospect’s full name, address, phone, email, preferred contact method, and any notes about roof type or current power bill. • Any reschedules or cancellations should be reported immediately so we can refill the slot. Acceptance criteria An appointment counts only when the homeowner has verbally agreed to a consultation at the scheduled time and understands it will take 30-45 minutes to review their usage and roof layout. If you have a proven track record of setting solar or home-improvement appointments, I’m ready to get started right away.
