I’m looking for someone who can take complete ownership of my young brand’s presence on TikTok and Instagram and turn our existing trickle of interest into an engaged community of roughly 7–10 k followers. Customer engagement is the top priority, so every post needs to start conversations, spark shares, and keep people coming back. Here’s what the day-to-day will look like: you’ll plan and publish a consistent mix of educational and promotional pieces. On the educational side I’ll rely on you for eye-catching informational graphics and timely industry news that help followers learn something useful at a glance. On the promotional side, expect to highlight our products, recent awards, and any launches or offers that deserve the spotlight—all while staying on-brand and avoiding hard-sell fatigue. Short-form video is our bread and butter, but carousels, Reels covers, Stories, and lively comment threads all play a role. I want you tracking trends, testing hooks, and editing in-app (or in CapCut/Adobe Premiere if that’s faster) so we can ride the algorithm rather than chase it. Solid copywriting, basic motion graphics, and familiarity with TikTok/Instagram analytics are essential. Deliverables each week • Content calendar with post concepts and captions • 4–5 TikTok videos optimised for native sound trends • 4–5 Instagram posts (mix of Reels, carousels, Stories) repurposed or uniquely tailored • Engagement management: • Performance report summarising reach, saves, shares, and engagement ratio Acceptance criteria • Audience grows toward the 7–10 k goal at a steady, trackable pace withn fitst 2 months • Average engagement rate meets or exceeds industry benchmarks for accounts of similar size • All assets match our visual guidelines and brand voice If you’re confident you can strategise, create, and iterate without endless hand-holding, let’s talk and get the first month’s calendar locked in.
