I need a complete engineering package for a semi-automatic shuttle that will run inside multi-depth pallet racking. Its core job is Transporting pallets—specifically standard Wooden pallets—up to a live load of 1500 kg. Key objectives • Develop the mechanical layout: chassis, wheel assemblies, drive system, and lifting platform sized for multi-depth bays. • Specify electrical and control components that allow semi-automatic travel, pallet pick-up / drop-off, basic obstacle detection, and manual override. • Produce clear CAD files (STEP + native format), fabrication drawings, and a bill of materials that a metal-fabrication shop can follow. • Provide a brief control logic diagram and recommended firmware platform so an in-house PLC team can integrate the shuttle with existing warehouse management software. • Include maintenance notes—battery change/charging strategy, lubrication points, and spare-parts list.
