Shopping Delivery App From Scratch

I’m starting with a blank slate and need a complete shopping-style delivery app built end-to-end. The core concept is simple: customers browse items presented through clear, high-quality photos, add them to a cart, pay in-app, and arrange delivery. “Photos” will also serve as the primary category our service supports, so the flow should feel tailored to ordering visual products—think prints or framed images—rather than groceries or parcels. I need: • Native iOS and Android builds (or a high-performance cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native if you can achieve a polished, near-native feel). • A web-based admin/back-office where I can upload items, manage inventory, track orders, and review analytics. • Customer-facing features: image-rich product listings, search/filter, secure checkout, order tracking, push notifications, basic account management. • Driver or courier module (or role) so I can expand into proof-of-delivery photos later, but for now the focus is on getting products photographed and displayed beautifully. • Clean, modern UI/UX—please show previous work with image-centric catalogues. • Well-structured, documented code and a brief hand-off session so I can maintain or scale the platform internally. Acceptance criteria will be a compiled build ready for the App Store and Google Play, a working admin portal deployed on my server, and a short video demo walking through the buyer journey from browsing photos to successful delivery scheduling.
