We are looking for an experienced freelance architectural visualizer specializing in high-end residential real estate to produce a limited series of photorealistic renders intended for the marketing of an R+4 residential development in Marrakech. The project is already well advanced: PDF drawings, DWG files, a complete SketchUp model of the building, and a detailed finishes specification book defining materials, colors, kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, staging furniture, terraces, and the overall atmosphere. The assignment mainly concerns interior and exterior renders that faithfully reflect the existing architecture, in a contemporary, warm, and understated style, with a “quiet luxury / discreet luxury” spirit. Approximately 18 main photorealistic renders are planned, complemented by 5 commercial plans and a video walkthrough, based mainly on the façade, the Large East T3, the Small East T3 and the West T2. ## Requirements · Strict respect for the geometry of the drawings and the SketchUp model; · Very high level of photorealism: natural light, evening scenes, rain / dusk, architectural lighting, matte materials, and textures. · Experience with high-end contemporary residential interiors. · Ability to work directly from an existing SketchUp model. · Visual and color consistency across all images. · Composition designed for printed/PDF brochures, website, tablet, slideshow, and video. · Allow breathing space for titles / text; deliver a clean source master and a commercial version discreetly displaying “Exclusive property of AISLINN”, · Ability, if possible, to provide working files, scenes/cameras, and materials. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nous recherchons un architectural visualizer freelance expérimenté en immobilier résidentiel haut standing pour réaliser une série limitée de rendus photoréalistes destinés à la commercialisation d’une résidence R+4 à Marrakech. Le projet est déjà avancé : plans PDF, fichiers DWG, modèle SketchUp complet de l’immeuble et cahier de finitions détaillé définissant matériaux, couleurs, cuisines, salles de bain, éclairage, mobilier de mise en scène, terrasses et ambiance générale. La mission porte principalement sur des rendus intérieurs et extérieurs fidèles à l’architecture existante, dans un style contemporain, chaleureux et sobre, esprit « quiet luxury / luxe discret ». Environ 18 rendus photoréalistes principaux sont prévus, complétés par 5 plans commerciaux et une vidéo walkthrough, à partir principalement de la façade, du Grand T3 Est, du T2 West et du Petit T3 Est. ## Exigences · Respect strict de la géométrie des plans et du modèle SketchUp ; · Très bon niveau de photoréalisme : lumière naturelle, scènes de soirée, pluie / crépuscule, éclairage architectural, matériaux mats et textures. · Expérience des intérieurs contemporains résidentiels haut standing. · Capacité à travailler directement depuis un modèle SketchUp existant. · Cohérence visuelle et colorimétrique entre toutes les images. · Composition pensée pour plaquette imprimée/PDF, site internet, tablette, diaporama et vidéo. · Prévoir des zones de respiration pour titres / textes ; livrer un master source vierge et une version commerciale portant discrètement « Exclusive property of AISLINN », · Capacité à remettre, si possible, les fichiers de travail, scènes/caméras et matériaux.
