I need help reaching out to fewer than 50 CEOs and company founders for an upcoming magazine feature. Your first task will be to identify each leader’s full name, role, company, and—most importantly—a verified professional email address. Once gathered, you will place everything neatly into an Excel sheet so I can sort and filter the data with ease. After the list is approved, you will send a concise publication proposal on my behalf. The exact angle of the pitch may vary by company, but expect a mix of industry-centric news, product spotlights, or interview opportunities, depending on what suits each recipient best. Finally, you’ll follow up with every contact, track responses, and keep the spreadsheet updated so we always know where we stand. Deliverables • Excel file with complete, correctly formatted contact details • Copies of every initial email proposal sent • Follow-up log noting dates, responses, and next actions Accuracy, professionalism, and respectful persistence are critical. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Hunter.io, or similar email-verification tools will be a big plus. I’m ready to start as soon as you are.
