Shopify Flow Auto Archive Redirect

I need a two-step Shopify Flow that reacts the moment any product moves from a positive inventory level to zero (or below), and again when stock is replenished. Step 1 – Stock hits zero or less • Automatically set the product status to ARCHIVED so it disappears from the store. • Create a URL redirect that sends the former product page to /collections/best-sellers. • Log the change in a connected spreadsheet (Google Sheets is fine) so I have a record of the date, SKU, and action taken. Step 2 – Stock returns above zero • Switch the product status back to ACTIVE. • Remove the specific redirect you created in Step 1. • Write the reversal to the same spreadsheet. Scope & notes • The flow must cover all products in the catalogue; I’m happy with Shopify’s default inventory rules—no custom logic needed beyond the quantity checks described. • I will supply access to a development store where you can build and fully test the automation before I move it to production. • Everything should be managed entirely within Shopify Flow and the standard Admin API endpoints; no external apps are required other than the spreadsheet connection. Acceptance criteria 1. Actions trigger reliably on every inventory change, even via API or bulk upload. 2. Redirects are created and deleted exactly once per product, with no duplicates. 3. Spreadsheet updates show timestamp, product ID/SKU, previous quantity, new quantity, and action performed. 4. Flow is transferred to my live store with clear installation instructions.
