I have a 2,100 sq ft quadraplex ready for permitting and need a licensed professional to take it across the finish line in Georgia. The work is two-fold: • Complete structural drawings that cover foundation details, full framing layout, and roof structure, all engineered to current Georgia building code. • Design a code-compliant automatic fire-sprinkler system and prepare the hydraulic calculations, riser diagram, and head layout required by the local AHJ. All sheets must be sealed with a Georgia Professional Engineer stamp and delivered in both PDF and editable CAD (DWG or Revit) formats suitable for submission.
