Remote- Hiring a very serious part time with possibility of turning full time with flexible shifts sales and customer service expert for a luxury product based on the Middle East. You will be answering social media, emails and WhatsApp messages as well as providing after sales support to our clients. Must have excellent communication skills. A background in medical sales or beauty is a plus. The product is a luxury beauty anti aging Swiss brand. I need a seasoned, senior-level professional to become the voice of our high-end Middle Eastern brand during flexible, part-time shifts. Your core focus will be on delivering immaculate customer support and writing persuasive, service-driven follow-up emails that nurture long-term relationships and discreetly promote repeat sales. Because our clientele expects nothing short of white-glove treatment, you must be able to switch seamlessly between flawless English and native-quality Arabic, mirroring the refined tone of a luxury house in every interaction. You will log in remotely, handle live inquiries through phone or chat, compose tailored email responses, and ensure every concern is resolved promptly while spotting subtle upsell or cross-sell moments. Experience with modern CRMs, ticketing systems, and a track record of delighting premium customers are essential. Shifts are arranged around Gulf Standard Time, and I’m happy to accommodate mutually convenient windows—daytime, evening, or weekend—provided service levels stay consistently impeccable.
