Design Digital Menus for Healthy Chicken Bowls

We have a build your own healthy chicken bowl business and we want 3 digital menu screens for the take out restaurant TVs, we want to base it on another restaurant's menu (https://poulet-rouge.ca). We can also use Pepsi and RedBull logos on the menu and anything else from their branding. The customer will come in, choose between 1 or 2 flavours of chicken, choose the bases, the sauces, and the toppings. We want: - Menu item is California Bowl, 2 bases + 1 sauce + 7 toppings - Prices: Same as Poulet Rouge for 1 flavour (14.29) and 2 flavours (16.29) - Flavours: Heat Seeker, Garlic, Lemon, BBQ, and 1 limited time offer flavour ("Ask us for our limited time flavour offer") - Bases: Bulgur Wheat, and Lettuce - Sauces: Garlic, Lemon Herb, Marinade, Extra Hot, Hot, Wing - Calories: Placeholder text for up to 4 numbers (000 - 0000 CALS) 3 16:9 horizontal screens that can work rotating in one screen initially We want to show at least one or two of the attached prepared bowls to give an idea of how it looks like. Don't confuse those with signature bowls. Those would need to be redesigned, or AI enhanced, just as an example of what a bowl can have. They can also be used separately to give the customer impactful visuals on the bowl. We want a designer who capable of deciding how to best organize the items for the customer, we will definitely help with it, but we would like someone with an eye for marketing and understanding of build your own bowl businesses. We also don't want too much clutter on the menu. References and logos attached. The images with existing menus are references. The logos files are ours, the sauces in bottles are ours, and the bowls in medium image quality are ours as well.
