Urgent Retyping of Scanned Pages

I have a set of scanned printed pages that I need retyped into a clean, editable document as soon as possible. Accuracy is critical—punctuation, line breaks, and any simple formatting that appears in the scans should be preserved so the digital version mirrors the original pages. Please return the finished text in an easy-to-edit format such as Microsoft Word or plain text; whichever you prefer is fine so long as it is fully editable. Turnaround is my top priority, so let me know how quickly you can begin and your estimated completion time once you see the file count.
