Accounts & GST Executive Needed

I need a dependable professional who can take over our full accounting cycle right away. All our entries are still being tracked in Excel, so the first step will be to keep that file impeccably up-to-date while suggesting smarter workflows—whether that means staying in Excel or later moving to Tally, QuickBooks or Zoho Books. Your day will revolve around managing daily sales, purchase, expense, receipt and payment entries. Timely posting and accurate narration matter to me because monthly P&L statements, basic MIS and other management snapshots flow directly from your work. Vendor and customer account management is the area where I need the most help. Ageing analysis, follow-ups, reconciliations and clear documentation should run smoothly without my constant intervention. I will also rely on you for: • GST, TDS and any other statutory filings, prepared and filed before deadlines • Bank reconciliations that match our statement balances down to the last rupee • Properly maintained digital and physical records that stand up to audit scrutiny • Coordination with our CA whenever tax, audit or compliance queries arise Deliverables are simple: clean books, on-time filings, and short monthly reports I can understand at a glance.
