Acceptance criteria • At least 95 % of assigned numbers attempted each day. • Accurate, same-day logging of call outcomes in the shared spreadsheet. • Script adhered to without unapproved deviations. • Professional, compliant handling of all Medicare-related questions (CMS guidelines).
